- A simple self-care routine rooted in the 5 Branches of Chinese Medicine, incorporating meditation, Chi Kung, self-massage, and tasty seasonal food (samples provided!)
- What teas are in alignment with the spring season. Teas will be served by Teance Fine Teas.
12:15-1:15pm Nourish and Strengthen Your Gut Microbiome with Fermented Foods: Guest speaker Karen Wang Diggs | Nutritionist + Chef
Learn why adding fermented foods to your diet can help to improve your digestion and immunity.
Karen will also show you how easy it is to make your own fermented vegetables and beverages, and you'll get to try some samples.
